"To verify that the grease trap product works, I tested the product in a grease trap of a national grocery. The application was very difficult because the store sells on average 150 chickens per day from its Rotisserie machine. Approximately 75 lbs. of grease drains into the grease traps daily. The goal of the test was to keep the drain lines open and eliminate crusting in the grease trap. The test ran for 3 months and we were successful. Another goal was to eliminate odor from the grease trap. The grease trap was located near one of the entrances to the store. When the trap was opened for pumping, a horrific odor covered the parking lot & seeped into the store. The product eliminated the odor which made the management very happy."
